European University Viadrina offers an intensive MBA Program covering all important aspects of international operations to prepare future managers for the demands of an international business career. Emphasis is placed on internaional finance and marketing, as well as on strategic management particularly in Central and Eastern Europe. In addition to business management, participants are trained in general management skills, including techniques for handling cross cultural differences. The MBA Program combines the expert knowledge of the university with the profound experience of executive managers representing European companies. |

Lectures are conducted in 9×1 week modules ( presence phases). Every 2 months participants gather for a presence phase of one week.This period is followed by 4 months dedicated to writing the Master Thesis which has to be defended. The overall time investment is a maximum of 47 working days over 2 years. |

The Viadrina MBA „Management for Central and Eastern Europe“ is one of the most international MBA Program in Europe with a very innovative module structure, conducted during the whole week. Participants of each class represent 6 to 12 nations. Most Part Time MBA studies attract people from the region. Our MBA students come from Poland and Germany as well as from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Albania, Romania or Hungary. This MBA Program provides state of the art business management know-how and in the same time brings in the view from the practice. The faculty consists of about 80 lecturers from about 15 nations. The teaching method follows simple principle: Learn today – use tomorrow. The curriculum of the program modules consists of topics such as: management skills and Instruments, Strategic Management, Economic and Legal Framework, Supply Chain Management, Financial Management and Accounting, International Marketing, International Project and Change Management, Entrepreneurship and Cross-cultural Communication and Conflict Management . |
